• car rental with delivery and collection at the estate (upon reservation);

The rate in Bed and Breakfast including VAT is intended for a double room.
The rate does not include the tourist tax: € 1.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 5 nights. Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
The fee includes: buffet breakfast, room cleaning every 3 nights of stay, bed linen, towels, the seasonal outdoor pool among the olive and almond tree, closed and reserved (not guarded) parking.
The prices refer to stays of minimum 3 nights, in low and medium season; minimum one week in high season.
Children up to 3 years old pay €20.00 per night.
When confirming a booking, a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the stay will be required to be paid by bank transfer according to the indications given by the manager Francesco.
Free Wi-Fi connection in the common room and in the room.

Possible extra bed in a double room: €50.00 per day.
Cradle rental: € 10.00 per day.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES
- The cancellation of the reservation up to 14 days before the committed period DOES NOT involve any penalty, with the refund of the amount paid as a deposit / down payment;
- The cancellation of the reservation from 13 days before the committed period involves a penalty of 20% on the total cost of the stay equal to the deposit paid.
