The Bed and Breakfast rate, including VAT, is per double room (2 people).

The DUS (double room for single use) room will cost the same as a double/twin room.

The rate does not include the tourist tax: €2.00 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights.

Children under 12 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax.

The rate includes: buffet breakfast, room cleaning every 2 nights, bed linen changed weekly for stays longer than 7 days, bathroom linen changed every 2 days, the seasonal outdoor pool among the estate’s olive and almond trees, and private, enclosed parking (unattended). The gym surrounded by nature.

Prices are for a minimum stay of 2 nights in low season and 5 nights in mid and high season.

Children up to 3 years old pay €20.00 per night.

Upon booking confirmation, a deposit of 40% of the total cost of the stay will be required, to be paid by bank transfer according to the instructions provided by the manager Francesco.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the common area and in the room.

Extra bed in a double room: €50.00 per day

Crib rental: €10.00 per day.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES

The cancellation of the reservation up to 14 days before the committed period DOES NOT involve any penalty, with the refund of the amount paid as a deposit / down payment;
The cancellation of the reservation from 13 days before the committed period involves a penalty of 20% on the total cost of the stay equal to the deposit paid.
